Terms
- 50% down to start.
- 1/3rd of the composer's fee is due halfway through the scoring schedule. (i.e. 5th or 6th week)
- Final 1/3rd upon delivery of the score synced to the film. (i.e. 8th or 12th week)
My composing rate is $250-$400 per minute for a standard music score of a 10- to 120-minute film, or a $ 15,000 base.
Composition and Top Tier Digital Score.
(Add $7K - $10K for some live musicians, studio time, and mixing.
I require no less than 2 - 3 months to complete the score. More time may be warranted depending on the final edit of the film. Projects requiring accelerated timelines may incur an expedited service fee.

A: Bring the composer in early, if possible.
Note: Once you know we will work together, it costs you nothing to bring me on early in the project to understand your vision. In this way, the score has more cohesion to the film. The more we communicate, the more I understand your desire for the film.
